This policy covers this site, Freedome cloud accounts and installation telemetry. Each app also has its own policy.
This site
The site sets no cookies for visitors and has no third-party trackers.
Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes the technical data of each request to deliver it.
Cloud accounts
- An account holds your e-mail, display name, a password hash, sessions and device names, and your organisations.
- Refresh tokens are stored as hashes. API keys are shown once and stored as hashes.
- A web session uses one httpOnly cookie, limited to the sign-in paths.
Deleting an account
Deletion starts a 7-day grace period, then personal data is deleted. Audit and financial records stay, anonymised. Delete an account.
Installation telemetry
- Telemetry from a media server is off until the operator turns it on.
- Basic level sends heartbeats and versions. Full level adds events and crash reports.
- It carries health, frame rate, dropped frames, output and engine status, temperatures and error codes.
- It never carries show content, audience data, camera frames or IP lists.
Media servers
A media server runs on the network of the venue and sends nothing to the internet by default. Media server privacy notes.
Your rights
